Stephan Hastings is co-founder and a principal with Proxxent Technologies, LLC. He brings with him nearly three decades of experience in the power and manufacturing industries. An 8 year US Navy and Desert Storm veteran, he attended his undergraduate courses for mechanical engineering at University of Pittsburg in Pittsburg, PA.
As Chief Engineer for Kroger Manufacturing in Riverside, CA. Stephan managed the maintenance efforts over engineering, refrigeration, and production departments. He also designed and fabricated most of the production line equipment for their water division, and served as Incident Commander for their Emergency Ammonia Response Team.
As the Field Services Manager for Paragon Airheater Technologies, Stephan was the primary onsite consultant for projects in India, China, and South America as well as chief liaison on joint projects with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Department of Energy (DOE). He co-wrote and taught their Technician Training Curriculum, and was awarded patent as co-inventor for one of their best selling lines of high performance products. He is also currently co-inventor on other power industry related patents pending.
With a keen eye for troubleshooting and problem solving, Stephan makes excellent use of his diverse, practical, and relevant skills. His background in Airheater maintenance, R & D, and root cause analysis assures clients the right tools to get the job done.
